Palm Beach Hotel Bali, Kuta (Bali)

I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The location was decent, just a short walk to the beach, but the rooms left much to be desired as they were dirty and uncomfortable. On the plus side, the staff was quite friendly, and some hotel services worked well. Unfortunately, the general state of the facilities and the dining experience didn't meet my expectations.
